Your Needs Matter

A delivery service should be simple.  With so many delivery options these days, it can feel frustrating. Some delivery services take high commissions, with promises of more earning potential, but leave you wasting time tracking down ACH payments.  Other services send you disgruntled drivers due to over-hiring and lack of assistance. We have worked within the restaurant delivery business since 2014.  Our founders have been restaurant servers, and a former baker. We understand the in-person on the spot demands that come with running a food business.


We offer three ways to get your money to you:

  1. Online Payment via your existing Ordering Website
  2. Daily, Weekly or Monthly ACH Transfers
  3. Driver pays at pickup *only available for convenience stores, coffee shops & dock side


All card and ACH payments are handled via Stripe, Inc. No need to have a Stripe account... we take care of everything for you.

Getting an Order to You

Not all restaurants function the same.  We offer a variety of methods for getting an order to your restaurant.


We offer low-tech methods:

  • online placement via your existing ordering website (*requires a monthly fee)

Marketing Done

Social Media:

Our partnership includes promotion of your menu items to a variety of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube via our designated social media accounts.


Customer Discounts:

We provide occasional promotional discounts to customers and prospects connected to our platform within your restaurant area.  We utilize email and text message marketing campaigns to reach your consumer base. Our provided discounts come out of our pocket, not yours.  These discounts are at no additional cost to you!


Menu Item Specials:

If your restaurant offers select menu item specials on a specific day of the week, let us know! We can notify your customers and promote those items for you via our online ordering platform.


Menu Item Promotions!

We love to point out menu items that your customers may not know exist!  Featuring a Menu Item from your restaurant via our Information Website, Social Media and Weekly Emails is a great way to increase orders and interest.

Need a Custom Website

Need a custom website?  No problem!  We can build a website specifically designed to allow for Takeout & Delivery orders.

We can use your domain name, or purchase one for you at no additional cost to you.

  • What are your delivery hours?

    Currently we delivery food from 10 am to 8 pm, Tuesday - Sunday.  

  • Why do I need to pay a monthly subscription?

    Not all of our Partner Plans are a monthly renewed fee.  


    Online Ordering:  If you wish for us to place orders via your existing online ordering website, Coastal Delivery will be made responsilbe to cover certain losses on your behalf. These costs include:

    1. Cost of menu updates
    2. Customer complaint refunds
    3. Credit Card Fruad Claims 

    Custom Website Addon:  To make the cost of having a custom website low for you, we have created a $100/month option.  


    The avarage cost of this type of website is $3600-$5000. This includes restaurant information, a menu page, privacy policy, logo creation and color branding, hosting, domain name, and easy online ordering for delivery.   We save you from having to cough up thousands of dollars for a professional website. 

  • How do I set up my ACH Payments?

    When you sign up to be a Restaurant Partner on an ACH required option, you will receive an email with instruction and a Merchant Account Login.  


    Once you have logged into your merchant account, the system will direct you to entering in your banking information to allow for automatic ACH deposits.  


    You can control the frequency of deposits received, ei: daily, weekly or monthly.  


    Daily deposits are typically 48-72 hours behind. This allows for your customer's payment to clear. 

  • Can we get the tips?

    Your delivery drivers are market servers.  They serve the food from your restaurant to your customers. Market servers are paid a portion of the delivery fee to cover their vehicle insurance, business costs, and vehicle maintenance.  The tips are their income outside of that cost. 


    If your staff requires a tip, let us know and we can tack on an additional percentage or dollar amount to  your orders that will be allocated to your ACH deposits.
