Do's & Don'ts

We represent a functioning part of all coastal communities. As a contractor to you become part of that. V.I.P. Servers

We hold integrity and customer service to a high standard.  We refer to our drivers as "Delivery Servers" because you are not simply a driver, you are the server between our partnered restaurant and their customer.  With each delivery, the customer will receive an opportunity to rate your service and give us feedback. We also check in with our Restaurant Partners for feedback on their experience.  This allows us to adjust our level of support to you if needed, or provide you with the kudos you deserve.  Part of our way of giving Kudos is to prioritize you as a delivery server.  Each driver starts at the same priority level.  As you build your business with Coastal Delivery, we may adjust that level according to the feedback we receive. This allows you to control the growth of your delivery business.

Promoters are one of the many ways you can expand and bring your Delivery Service to the next level.
Promoter Status is earned through our customer and Restaurant Partner feedback.  Promoters receive exclusive Promo Codes that allow them to earn additional commissions!  You simply place an order for your Promotional Materials and we will generate and design your Driver Merch with your unique promo code printed right on them!   Promoters can use these codes on their own business cards, online marketing, social media, etc.  This encourages your friends and followers to place an order through Coastal Delivery.  You do not need to deliver the order when a code is used. When the code is used, you will receive the commission allotted for that promo code.
